North Texas Hand Center is partnering with Phreesia to help you save time registering for your appointment.
You will receive your registration forms as a link via text message and email prior to your scheduled appointment. Use mobile check-in to register from any smartphone, tablet or computer from the privacy of your own home.
On the day of your appointment you will also receive a link via text message and email to complete two short screening forms that are required at each visit.
Checking in on your device saves you time and ensures your information is always up to date!
