Making Appointments

Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-12pm

Closed daily for lunch from 12pm-1pm

We see patients daily by appointment and ask that you please call (940) 442-6760 to schedule. We ask that you please not walk-in to ensure that we have an opening for you and the physician is in the office that day. Emergencies will be handled accordingly should they arise.

New Patients

New patients who need to complete their paperwork in the office rather than online, will need to arrive 20 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.

For your convenience, you may complete our secure Online Patient Health History form in advance of your first visit with us.

Cancellations

We ask that if you should be unable to make your scheduled appointment, you call to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance. We appreciate the consideration so that we are able to make that appointment time available to other patients.
