You will build your medical profile on ModMed and receive your link for registration forms via email and text message (Klara) prior to your scheduled appointment.

Our facility is conveniently situated near Loop 288 and I-35E, providing easy access for patients throughout Denton and the surrounding North Texas communities.
We share a building with Clinical Pathology Labs and Pinnacle Pain Medicine. We can be found in Suite 103, on the left as you enter the building.

We see patients daily by appointment and ask that you please call (940) 442-6760 to schedule. You can also text us at (940) 716-3242. We ask that you please do not walk-in to ensure that we have an opening for you and the physician is in the office that day. Emergencies will be handled accordingly should they arise.

Clinic Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (closed for lunch 12 PM - 1 PM)
Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
After-Hours Care
Weekend and after-hours care are available by special arrangement. Options can be discussed with our team.
